Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the TeVoVi platform and services. By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.

Service Description

TeVoVi provides live answering services for businesses. Our US-based agents answer your calls 24/7/365, follow your custom scripts, capture lead details, and send you instant notifications via text and email. We also use AI-powered tools for quality assurance of call handling.

Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Your phone number serves as your primary identifier. You must provide accurate business information during onboarding. You represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of the mobile number provided.

Pricing & Billing

  • Services are billed at $4.99 per hour
  • Minimum 10 hours per week
  • Free 7-day trial for new accounts — no credit card required
  • Billing is monthly, charged at the end of each billing cycle
  • Overage minutes are billed at the same hourly rate, rounded up to the nearest whole minute
  • Cancel or pause anytime from your dashboard — no cancellation fees
  • Payments are non-refundable except as described in the Money-Back Guarantee below

Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with TeVoVi within the first 14 days of your paid subscription, you may request a full refund by emailing support@tevovi.com. Overage charges are not included. After 14 days, remaining usage is honored until the end of your billing period but is not refundable.

SMS Communications

You expressly consent to receive automated transactional text messages at the mobile number provided during registration, including authentication codes (OTP) and lead notifications. We process SMS through Telnyx, LLC, our third-party communications provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out of lead notification SMS at any time by replying STOP. Opting out of OTP messages may prevent access to your account. Reply HELP for assistance. We will never send marketing or promotional SMS without separate, affirmative opt-in consent.

Call Recording & AI Quality Assurance

Calls handled by TeVoVi may be recorded for quality assurance, training, and security. By using our Services, you consent to such recording to the extent permitted by applicable law. Call recordings are retained for up to 90 days. We use AI-assisted tools to analyze call quality; AI outputs support human review and do not make automated decisions with legal effect.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our service for unlawful purposes, spam, or any activity that violates applicable telecommunications regulations. You must not subject our agents to verbal abuse. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms immediately and without notice.

Warranty Disclaimer

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TEVOVI'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR OUR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL FEES PAID BY YOU IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. IN NO EVENT SHALL TEVOVI BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR LOST BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TeVoVi and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement within 30 days of accepting these Terms by sending written notice to legal@tevovi.com.

YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION. If you opt out, disputes will be resolved in state or federal courts located in the State of Delaware.

Termination

You may cancel your account at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation is effective at the end of your current billing period. We may terminate your account immediately for cause, including violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or conduct harmful to other customers. Upon termination, your data is handled per our Privacy Policy.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
